Black liquor evaporation
Black liquor is the waste water produced in the process of papermaking and pulping, because the paper waste water contains lignin and is black brown, so it is called black liquor. There is a black liquor evaporator in the pulp plant, which concentrates the black liquor produced in the pulp cleaning process through vacuum evaporation, so as to facilitate the recycling of chemical agents in the recycling furnace.
Vacuum degassing
Raw materials and white water (paper mill waste water, because it contains fine staple fiber and other substances added to the pulp, white name) degassing system. The feedstock and white water degassing system is used in the feedstock stage, through a vacuum system, to remove the air in the feedstock and the air from the diluted water before the feedstock enters the slurry mixing box (flow box). These air is not removed will lead to pinholes on the paper, affecting the printing quality and mechanical properties of the paper.
Vacuum dehydration
Suction box and roller supporting vacuum pump application, suction box is static equipment, in the forming section of the paper machine for pulp dehydration, suction box with a real box, there is a separator between the vacuum pump in the real box to create a vacuum, make dehydration more efficient. The bending roll is the last vacuum point on the forming section, and part of the water is removed by the vacuum force. The dryness of the paper after the bending roll enters the press part will affect the dehydration performance of the press part and the steam consumption of the drying part.
Vacuum press
When the wet paper extraction roll enters the press section, a vacuum roll or a non-vacuum roll is used to extract water from the paper, and a vacuum feed may be used during the paper feeding process. During the press process, the water from the press will enter the cloth or press blanket, and each cloth needs to be removed through a vacuum suction box before entering the next press process after completing a continuous cycle.
